This website collects nothing. anivo.net is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, contains no forms, and does not ask you to identify yourself in any way. If you do nothing but read these pages, we do not learn who you are.
The contact links on this site open your own email client. If you choose to write to us, we receive whatever you send — typically your name, email address and the content of your message — and we use it only to reply to you and to carry on any resulting business conversation. We keep that correspondence for as long as the relationship or our legal obligations require, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.
This site is served by a hosting provider that, like all web hosts, processes technical information such as IP address, user agent and requested URL in order to deliver pages and protect against abuse. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you and we do not combine them with anything else.
This notice covers anivo.net only. A wine producer's storefront built on the Anivo platform is a different service with a different privacy notice, published on that storefront. Purchases made there are sales by an independently licensed United States retailer, who is the merchant of record and handles payment and delivery, and who operates under their own privacy practices.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of personal information we hold about you, and to object to its processing. Because this site collects nothing, in practice this applies only to correspondence you have sent us. Write to eric@thewinerycollective.com and we will respond.
This site is not directed to children. Wine sold through storefronts built on the Anivo platform is sold only to persons aged 21 or over, by licensed retailers who verify age and require an adult signature on delivery.
If this site starts doing something it does not do today — adding an email sign-up, for instance, or analytics — this notice will be updated before that change goes live, and the date above will change.
