These terms govern your use of this website. They are not a contract to supply the Anivo platform. Services are supplied only under a separate written agreement signed by The Winery Collective LLC and the producer or retailer concerned; where anything here differs from that agreement, the agreement governs.

Anivo is a software platform. Anivo does not sell, ship, store, import, distribute or take title to alcoholic beverages, and is never the merchant of record for any sale of alcohol. Anivo holds no alcoholic beverage licence and does not require one for the services it provides.
Every sale of alcohol conducted through a storefront built on the Anivo platform is a sale by an independently licensed United States retailer. That retailer is the seller and merchant of record, holds the applicable licences, verifies the purchaser's age, collects and remits applicable taxes, and arranges delivery. Anivo is not a party to that sale.
Nothing is sold on anivo.net. No order can be placed here and no payment is taken here. Prices shown are indicative list prices for software services and are not an offer capable of acceptance; they may change, and any actual engagement is quoted in writing.
This site concerns the sale of alcoholic beverages by third parties and is intended for persons of legal drinking age. Wine sold through storefronts built on the Anivo platform is sold only to persons aged 21 or over, and an adult signature is required on delivery.
We take care over what is published here, but this site is provided as-is and without warranty of any kind. Descriptions of United States alcohol shipping law are general background and are not legal advice; the rules differ by state and change. Producers and retailers must take their own advice on their own obligations.
The text, design and code of this site belong to The Winery Collective LLC. Product names, marks, photographs and other brand materials belonging to wine producers, retailers or other third parties remain theirs, and appear here only where we are permitted to show them. "Anivo" is a working name pending trademark clearance.
Please do not attempt to disrupt this site, gain unauthorised access to it, or scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Winery Collective LLC is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Commercial agreements for the Anivo platform specify their own governing law.
